We offer custom rental periods, ranging from 1-2 hours to overnight or multi-day, which can be scheduled to match your event. Please call for quotes on any rental period to meet your needs.

Delivery, set-up, and game instruction are included in our rates.

A $100 deposit is required when you book your reservation. Full payment of the balance is due at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the rental period. Payment may be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, or check. However, we always require a credit card on file for incidental charges.

A copy of our Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver must be signed by the adult responsible for the rental and emailed, faxed, or delivered to us when full payment is made (at least 24 hours prior to rental period).

Generally, cancellations received less than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled start of the rental period will result in the loss of the $100 initial deposit as this limits our ability to serve other potential customers. See "Severe Weather" for cancellation policies due to Mother Nature.

Safety first! If the weather is not too severe, or you have indoor space available for the GaGa Pit, you have the option of keeping your reservation or cancelling at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the reservation to receive a full refund. In cases of severe weather, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with a full refund.
